Myofascial Release
Myofascial release is a slow, intentional style of bodywork that works with the connective tissue (fascia) that holds everything together. I use gentle, sustained pressure to help release deep, held tension- both physical and emotional- and to support the nervous system in settling. This work can create more space, ease, and a sense of being more at home in your body, especially when tension feels stuck or longstanding.

Swedish Massage
Swedish massage is a flowing style of body work designed to support relaxation, circulation, and overall well-being. Using smooth rhythmic strokes, this treatment helps calm the nervous system, ease muscle tension and invite the body into a deeper state of rest and repair. It's a beautiful option if you're feeling stressed, fatigued, or simply in need of grounding care.

Neurokinetic Therapy
Neurokinetic Therapy (NKT) is a movement-based approach that looks at how your nervous system and muscles work together. When certain muscles overwork and others don't engage as they should, the body compensates- often leading to pain, tension or reduced ease of movement. NKT helps identify and retrain these patterns, supporting more balanced efficient movement and a greater sense of ease in the body.

Beyond massage therapy, I’m a creative explorer, always learning from the landscapes around and within me. Whether I’m singing, playing bass, gardening, or gliding in the ocean on a sea kayak or riding the waves on my surf board, I find inspiration through rhythm and movement. This deepens my ability to show up present, playful, in the way I support you.
